Itinerary
Day 1

Departure on your way to Egypt, The Land of the Pharaohs.

Day 2

Arrival at the Cairo international airport, meet/assist and transfer to Giza Railway Station for departure to Luxor by sleeper train.
Overnight on Sleeper train- including Dinner.
Included:
Transfer from Cairo international airport to Giza railway station.
Dinner on train.
Sleeper train cabin accommodations.

Day 3

Breakfast on board. Arrival at Luxor railway station, meet/assist and directly start the tour to visit the West Bank, including the Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Queens, Hatshepsut temple at Al Deir El Bahari and Colossi of Memnon. Transfer to Sonesta St. George hotel and check-in.
Overnight Luxor– including Full Buffet Breakfast and Dinner.
Included:
Breakfast on train.
Dinner at hotel.
4 Star Standard hotel accommodations.

Day 4

Buffet breakfast, check-out and start the tour to visit the East bank, including Karnak and Luxor temples. Departure by air-conditioned mini coach to Aswan. Arrival at Aswan and check-in at Basma Aswan hotel.
Overnight Aswan– including Full Buffet Breakfast, and Dinner.
Included:
Breakfast at hotel.
Dinner at hotel.
4 Star Standard hotel accommodations.

Day 5

Buffet breakfast at the hotel, check-out and start the tour to visit the High Dam, the Granite Quarries, Philae temple. Transfer to Aswan railway station for departure to Cairo by sleeper train.
Overnight Cairo- including Dinner and Breakfast.

Dinner on train.
Sleeper train cabin accommodations.

Day 6

Breakfast on board, arrival at Giza railway station, meet/assist, and transfer to airport or your hotel in Cairo to connect your tour journey.

  3. Luxor Temple - is a great temple complex located on the east bank of the Nile River in the modern city of Luxor. The site was dedicated to Amun, a creator of god often fused with the sun-god Ra into Amun-Ra.
  4. Karnak- Temple Complex, commonly known as Karnak, comprises a vast mix of decayed temples, chapels, pylons, and other buildings.
  5. West Bank one of the most important archaeological sites in the world, and famous for containing the Valley of the Kings and many tomb sites.
  6. Valley of the Kings a UNESCO World Heritage Site it is where nearly all pharaohs were buried from the 18th to 20th dynasty from Thutmose I to Ramses X.
  7. Valley of the Queens is a place in Egypt where wives of Pharaohs were buried in ancient times and known as Ta-Set-Neferu, meaning –"the place of the Children of the Pharaoh."
  8. The Deir el-Bahri Temple Complex also spelled Deir el-Bahari includes one of the most beautiful temples in Egypt, perhaps in the world, built by the architects of the New Kingdom Pharaoh Hatshepsut in the 15th century BC.
  9. Colossi of Memnon are two massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III. For the past 3400 years they have stood in the Theban necropolis, across the River Nile from the modern city of Luxor.
  10. Aswan an idyllic city in Egypt—located in southern Egypt, a great place to explore that country's epic history.
  11. Aswan High Dam just north of the border between Egypt and Sudan lies the dam, a huge rockfill dam which captures the world's longest river, the Nile River.
  12. Granite Quarries the giant quarries in which Egyptians used to built the pyramids and temples our of granite rock.
  13. Philae Temple is an island in the reservoir of the Aswan Low Dam, downstream of the Aswan Dam and Lake Nasser, Egypt. The temple was built for the Goddess Isis and is one of the greatest temples in Egypt.

Tips during your Sleeper train, Luxor, and Aswan tour: It's important to consider your Tour Guides and Drivers work very hard to make your tour an experience of a lifetime, and most of their annual income comes from the generosity of those they are serving during the tours. It is recommended that tour guides are given at least $6.00 per touring day per person, and drivers are given at least $4.00 per touring day per person. Please consider also hotel staff during your stay, and other staff that will support you during your tour.
