Visit Galata, once the center of the old Jewish community in the city, visit the Neve Shalom and Ashkenazi Synagogues. After lunch at a local restaurant, continue to the Jewish Museum of Turkey, also known as Zulfaris Synagogue. There is evidence that this building existed in 1671, but was rebuilt in the early 19th century on the original foundation. Explore the Balat district - notice that the Star of David appears throughout this area - and visit the Ahrida Synagogue, built over 500 years ago and still in use today. Enoy an evening at leisure in Istanbul.

Start the day with a visit to Hagia Sophia, a marvel of world architecture; visit the Blue Mosque, the only imperial mosque with six minarets and famous for its blue Iznik tiles. Continue to Hippodrome, stadium of ancient Byzantium. After lunch at a local restaurant, visit Topkapı Palace, the main residence of Ottoman Sultans between 15th and 19th centuries. It is now a museum with spectacular collections of jewelry and imperial treasures. After we'll tour the Harem which is the Sultan's private quarters and experience the opulence of this bygone era. End the day with a shopping spree at the Grand Bazaar, a labyrinth of more than 4,000 shops. .

Depart early and drive along the Sea of Marmara to Eceabat, take a ferry across the Dardanelles. After lunch at a local restaurant by the harbor, drive Canakkale and visit the 150-year-old Mekor Hayim synagogue. The synagogue is open only once a year by a dedicated group of former Canakkale residents who return to clean and maintain the building and pray together.

Enjoy a morning tour of Ephesus, the most complete Roman city ever uncovered and one of the most important ancient sites in Turkey. See the Agora, Odeon and the Temple of Hadrian before walking along the marble road to the Library of Celsus and the Grand Theater of the city. Notice the Hebrew signs and symbols, reminders of the Jewish past of Ephesus. After lunch, visit the Ephesus Museum before continuing to the Temple of Artemis, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Return Izmir for overnight.

Visit Bikur Halim and Beth Israel Synagogues in Izmir. The Jewish community is smaller today than it was in the Ottoman period, of the nine synagogues that once existed along Havra Sokak (Synagogue Street), only three are still in use today. After lunch, continue to Sardis, capital of ancient Lydia to visit a synagogue from the Roman period and the Temple of Diana. We'll continue with a drive to Bursa, ancient capital of the Ottoman Empire for dinner and overnight. .

History of the Jewish community in Bursa dates back to Byzantine times. Visit the 500-year-old Gerush Synagogue, which was constructed by Sephardic Jews originally from Spain and is still in use today. Walk the streets of the Koza Han (Silk Bazaar) before continuing to the richly decorated Green Mosque and Tomb, the symbol of Bursa and one of the most beautiful examples of Ottoman tomb architecture. After lunch return Istanbul where you are invited to enjoy Turkish cuisine and share cultural exchanges with a Turkish Jewish family in their private home.

- Neve Shalom Synagogue located in Karaköy, this is the central and largest Sephardic synagogue in Istanbul. It was inaugurated on Sunday March 25, 1951.
- The Ashkenazi Synagogue is an Ashkenazi synagogue located near the Galata Tower in Karaköy neighborhood of Beyoğlu in Istanbul, Turkey. It is the only currently active Ashkenazi synagogue in Istanbul open to visits and prayers.
- Jewish Museum of Turkey known as the Zulfaris Synagogue (officially Quincentennial Foundation Museum of Turkish Jews) is a cultural center established to inform the society of the traditions and history of Turkish Jews. It was inaugurated on November 25, 2001, however established in 1989 by 113 Turkish citizens, Jews and Muslims alike, to celebrate the five hundredth anniversary of the arrival of Sephardim to the Ottoman Empire.
- Balat is the traditional Jewish quarter in the Fatih district of Istanbul. It is located on the European side of Istanbul, in the old city on the historic peninsula, on the western bank of the Golden Horn. A Istanbul neighborhood deeply associated with Jewish settlement is Kuzguncuk on the Asian shore.
- Ahrida Synagogue is one of the oldest synagogues in Istanbul, Turkey. It is located in Balat, the Jewish quarter, of the city.
- Hagia Sophia is a great architectural beauty and an important monument both for Byzantine and for Ottoman Empires. A former Greek Orthodox patriarchal basilica, later an imperial mosque, and now a museum in Istanbul.
- Sultan Ahmed Mosque or as it's better known around the world the Blue Mosque is considered among the sacred sites of the Islamic faith, and one of the most beautiful mosques in the world. The shrine of the mosque is covered with tiles.
- Hippodrome of Constantinople was a circus that was the sporting and social centre of Constantinople, capital of the Byzantine Empire.
- The Topkapı Palace is a large palace in Istanbul, Turkey, that was the primary residence of the Ottoman sultans for approximately 400 years of their 624-year reign.
- Sultan Mehmet Han private quarters, at the age of 21, he conquered Constantinople (modern-day Istanbul) and brought an end to the Byzantine Empire.
- Grand Bazaar in Istanbul is one of the largest and oldest covered markets in the world, with 61 covered streets and over 3,000 shops which attract between 250,000 and 400,000 visitors daily.
- Canakkale lies on both sides of the Dardanelles that connects the Sea of Marmara to the Aegean Sea. Its shores touch both Europe and Asia.
- Mekor Hayim Synagogue is over 150 years old synagogue in Canakkale.
- The Temple of Trajan was a Roman temple built in the Forum of Trajan, placed in ancient Rome in the 2nd century by Trajan's adoptive son and successor Hadrian between 125 and 138.

- Ephesus is an ancient city in Turkey’s Central Aegean region. Its excavated remains reflect centuries of history, from classical Greece to the Roman Empire – when it was the Mediterranean’s main commercial center – to the spread of Christianity.
- Ephesus Archaeological Museum is an archaeological museum in Selçuk near Izmir. It houses finds from the nearby Ephesus excavation site. Its best-known exhibit is the statue of Artemis retrieved from the temple of the goddess in Ephesus.
- The Temple of Artemis, also known less precisely as the Temple of Diana, was a Greek temple dedicated to the goddess Artemis and is one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
- Bikur Halim and Beth Israel Synagogues - It was not until 1792 new synagogues were built to replace the old ones destroyed in fires. Three new congregations were founded – Shalom, Bikur Holim, Etz Haim – on rented land. In 1801, the Ottomans gave their permission for construction of the synagogues to begin.
- Temple of Diana an ancient Roman temple which, according to the early semi-legendary history of Rome, was built in the 6th century BC during the reign of the king Servius Tullius.
- Bursa Known as "Green Bursa," the fourth largest city in Turkey stands on the lower slopes of Uludag (Mount Olympus of Mysia) in the Marmara region of Anatolia. The title "Green" of Bursa comes from its gardens and parks, and from its agriculture region.
- Gerush Synagogue was established in 1494 in Bursa.
- Yeşil Mosque or Green Mosque, also known as Mosque of Mehmed I, is a part of the larger complex located on the east side of Bursa, the former capital of the Ottoman Turks before they captured Constantinople in 1453. The complex consists of a mosque, türbe, madrasah, kitchen and bath.
